Shipping and Delivery

Order Preparation and Dispatch: Your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched within an average of 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or holidays, this timeframe may be extended.

Delivery Method: Your order will be delivered to your home by Aramex, Monday to Saturday, with an estimated delivery time of 9 to 15 business days, excluding public holidays.

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high demand or adverse weather conditions. We strive to keep you informed in case of any delays.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery. You will also be notified via email or SMS with delivery details. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox with further instructions.

Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated during checkout.

Returns

Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order by following these steps:

  1. Initiate a Return Request: To begin your return, please contact our customer support team. If you have a customer account, you can log in and click on “Return Items” within the relevant order. This option will be available within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email along with a prepaid return label and detailed return instructions.

  2. Prepare the Items for Return: Ensure that all items are in their original condition, with all tags still attached. We are unable to process refunds for items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags.

  3. Return Packaging: Place the items in their original packaging. No additional return form is required inside the package.

  4. Shipping the Return: Attach the prepaid return label you received via email and drop off your package at a designated location as specified by Aramex.

  5. Processing the Return: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within a few days. If the return meets our conditions, you will be notified via email, and the refund will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective item or incorrect order), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • Clothing items must be returned in their original state (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with all original tags attached.
  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original condition, including soles, and inside their original boxes.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Store Returns: Please be aware that items purchased online cannot be returned in our physical stores or outlets.
