Delivery Information
- Order Preparation and Dispatch
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or holidays, this timeframe may be extended slightly.
- Delivery Method and Timeframe
_ Within Morocco: Orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days.
_ International Orders: Orders are delivered within 9 to 15 business days.
Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as public holidays, customs clearance, or unexpected delays.
- Shipping Costs
This month, we are delighted to offer free delivery on all orders. Take advantage of this limited-time offer to enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
- Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery’s progress. Updates regarding your delivery will also be sent via email or SMS.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the following conditions are met:
_ Items must be in their original state (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged) with all original tags attached.
_ Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Raounek reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
- How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact our customer support team or log in to your account and select “Return Items” for the relevant order.
- Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid return label and detailed return instructions.
- Processing Returns
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected within a few business days. If the return meets our conditions, you will be notified via email. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
- Return Shipping Costs
_ If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective item or incorrect order), Raounek will cover the return shipping costs.
_ In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund Terms
_ A full refund will be issued if all conditions are met, minus original shipping costs (if applicable).
_ Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
